Our goal is to conserve an enjoyable and stimulating atmosphere for everyone at all Mdex Complexes. In order to do so, we implemented a cancellation policy to insure quality care in a timely manner.
It is advised to show up 15 minutes before your appointment to fill out the Health Summary form. You can also download the form and fill it out before you come in.
For all cancellations or changes, please contact the Spa Horizon at least 24 hours in advance by phone (514.907.6339), email (info@spahorizon.ca) or in person at any of our locations.
There will be a cancellation fee of $50.00 for all missed appointments without a 24-hour notice. Please note that your credit card number is required when you book an appointment.
